Customize Order Process

Step 1:

The customer will provide the customized design via email at sales@leatherwear.com.au along with the description and measurements.

Step 2:

Our team will contact the customer via email for size and quote the price for customization along with the estimated delivery time.

Step 3:

Once the customer confirms the order and has paid, our team stitchs the jacket as per the customer requirement. Once completed, the team will share the images with customer for the finished garments in case any alteration required.

Step 4:

After the customer approves the images for finished garments, we will dispatch it and share the tracking with the customer.

Step 5:

Once the order has been delivered, our team will check again for the customer that it fits well and the customer is happy about the purchase.
