30 Days Easy Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied by the product just send it back to us within 30 days of receiving it.

How To Return

Let us know about the issue by sending us an email at orders@leatherwear.com.au. Our representative will guide you through the process.

Damaged Goods:

If you have received damaged goods, return will be free and we will fix the item for you.

General Returns:

$50 Restocking charge will be deducted in case of refund. Please make sure you return the unworn item in it’s original packing with Tags/Labels attached.

Clearance & Custom Sizes:

Clearance Items, Special orders & customized items are non- returnable & non- exchangeable. But you can have them altered by paying minimal charges.

Standard Products – Return Policy 

We don’t ever compromise on quality and customer satisfaction. We gladly accept returns or exchanges.

Simply get in touch with us at orders@leatherwear.com.au regarding the return request within 30 days of delivery. The sooner, the better, of course!

Conditions Of Return

Each jacket is produced by expert craftsmen using real cowhide and sheep hide leather. It goes through a tight quality control before being shipped to individual customers.

But if something unfortunate led to an unsatisfied customer, we ensure to help the customer with our simple 30 day return policy.

Send us an email at orders@leatherwear.com.au to begin the return process.

  • Your return request will process within 7 to 10 working days after we’ve received your notification via email.
  • The jacket should be in the form it was sent to you; unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.
  • The customer will pay the return shipping cost. Depending on location.
  • Customer might be requested to email us photos of the jacket highlighting the issue.

Customized Jackets – Return Policy

Customized leather jackets cannot be returned or exchanged.

Our leather craftsman stitch each piece meticulously according to the size, choice and taste of our customer. A customized leather jacket is unique to you, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Dumping leather into a landfill is an environmental hazard and the waste of a natural resource. Customized leather jackets can’t be reused and end up in a landfill unfortunately.

Do you have an alteration issue?

If yes, don’t worry one bit. We can get that sorted without a hassle.

Just send us an email at orders@leatherwear.com.au with the information of all the alterations you want.

The shipping cost of alteration is paid by the customer. It may vary depending on your location. Our representative will update you on the shipping cost when you email.

How To Return?

The return process is extremely simple.

  • Send in an return request at orders@leatherwear.com.au
  • We will get back to you within 24 hours once your initial return request has been received.
  • After processing your request, simply return your order at our office in Australia at the following address:

  • Don’t return the jacket in it’s original packaging. Use thinner packaging to reduce shipping charges.
